How cropping works
Add an SVG to see its cropped preview immediately. The tool measures the visible vector geometry with the browser’s SVG bounds, then updates the SVG viewBox, width and height to fit that artwork. Stroke bounds are included when supported by the browser. Original vector content remains editable.
Download or copy the result directly. Open Adjust crop only if you want padding: 0–25% of the artwork’s longest side, added equally to every edge. Padding changes update the result automatically. The preview background never changes the exported file. Compare with original reveals the before/after view.
Complex filters, masks, external images, and CSS effects can paint outside an element’s measured geometry. Review the downloaded SVG before using it in a production design.
Batch files
Add up to 10 SVG files, crop them together, and download each result. Each input file can be up to 5 MB. Invalid SVG files show an error and do not block the rest of the batch.
Privacy
SVG files and pasted code are read and processed in this browser. They are not uploaded to PremadeTools or saved. Downloads are created on your device.
